Tom Escott, M.A.
Tom is a certified Transformational Breathwork Facilitator, trained by Brian Kelly of Breath Masters/YogiLab, and currently expanding his practice in functional breathing under Patrick McKeown of The Oxygen Advantage. He has been practising Transcendental Meditation® since the age of five, growing up with the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi — an early foundation that shaped his deep understanding of consciousness and the nervous system.
Tom began his breathwork journey in 2018 with the Wim Hof Method, Rebirthing Breathwork, and Pranayama techniques, using the breath to build inner peace, stress resilience, and to move through periods of depression. That personal experience is at the core of how he works with clients.
Tom founded Memento Breath Lab to make these tools accessible to anyone who could benefit — whether managing stress and anxiety, moving beyond depression, improving energy, or simply breathing more efficiently in daily life.
